ABOUT HIGHLAND PRIMARY CARE

   Founded in 2016 by two nurse practitioners and lifelong best friends, our practice was born out of a shared passion: providing compassionate, high-quality primary care for everyone in our community. From the very beginning, our goal has been simple—to create a welcoming space where every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for.

 

   Over the years, our practice has grown, and we are proud to now have three skilled providers on our team. Two focus on chronic care management, helping patients navigate long-term health conditions with personalized plans and ongoing support. Our third provider specializes in gynecologic care, offering comprehensive women’s health services in a comfortable, patient-centered environment.

 

    As a small, locally owned practice, we take pride in our personal approach. With a dedicated team of 11 staff members, we work closely together to ensure that every visit is more than just an appointment—it’s an opportunity to partner with our patients in their health journey. We believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and our team is committed to building relationships that last.
